* 400 grams of pork, cut into bite sized pieces
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for marinating)
* 1 egg (for marinating)
* 2 tablespoons corn starch(for marinating)
* 1 cup all purpose flour
* 3 tablespoons sweet plum sauce
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 onion, sliced
* 1/2 red chili peper , cut into small cubes
* 1/2 green chili peper , cut into small cubes
* 100 grams pineapple, cut into well pieces
* 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
* 1 cup vegetable oil for deep frying
1. In a big bowl, mix together the pork, soy sauce, egg and corn starch. Stir until all mixed thoroughly and allow marinating for 2 hours. After marinated time, put all purpose flour in a plate, add marinated pork and toss until flour coats on pork surface.
2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat, when the oil is hot, add pork and deep-fry until cooked. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok, then add onion, chili pepper and pineapple. Stir fry for a while then add ketchup, sweet plum sauce, vinegar, seasoning sauce, salt, sugar and water. Stir fry until all mixed well and the sauce is thicken.
4. Add fried pork and continue stirring in the sauce until they stick together. Transfer to a serving dish.
