* 1 can, tuna in brine (150 grams)
* 1 tablespoon finely sliced lemongrass
* 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped chillies
* 1/2 onion, sliced
* 1 tablespoon sliced young ginger
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 2 tomatoes, sliced
* 1 tablespoon lime juice
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* fresh vegetable (lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, etc.)
1. Prepare the salad sauce by mixing all ingredients (except tuna) in a big bowl. Stir until all ingredients mixed well.
2. Open the can and remove the brine. Then mix the tuna with salad sauce (prepared in step 1).
3. Stir softly until tuna mixed with salad suace well.
4. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately with fresh vegetable and hot steamed rice.
